Next A Little Barbell Tri Set
4 Times around
Curls
Front Shoulder Presses
Squats

Another Super set
3 times around
Shrugs and Tricep Kickbacks

Last Super Set
Hanging Leg Raises
Machine Crunches...

All at 20 Reps
