"Fattening" foods that actually make you SLIMMER

This may sound really odd, but it is the way your metabolism
works. There are tricks to this, of course, and I've been teaching
these tricks for over a decade now, but you CAN and SHOULD
enjoy "cheat foods" when dieting!

That's the bottom line.

Here's 17 of my favorite cheat foods -- why they work and
when to eat them... and this is a freee gift to you:

If you're curious, we bumped our calories up by about 500/day
before the shoot so our metabolisms would increase. We opted
for peanut butter (yum) and I had some pizza. In fact, I'm either
having pizza or Thai food tonight, and you can see every ridge
of my abs.

It's a MYTH that you have to eat rice cakes and salads to get
a lean, tight belly... a total lie. Please, don't buy into it. However,
in order to eat foods like pizza and peanut butter, you have to 
know WHEN to do it (there are only a few windows of opportunity
during the day)... and you have to set your body up to receive
these additional calories.

Do that, and you're golden.

There are also a few supplements we take -- nothing excessive.
They help to increase your body's most potent fatburning hormone,
leptin, which also keeps your metabolism running HOT... 

... and that's what you want.
